Filing particulars - name, country of incorporation and address of the Applicant(s);
the claimed sign;
the list of goods for which the trademark registration is applied for, grouped under headings of the International Classification of Goods and Services;
Power of Attorney signed by authorized person on behalf of Applicant;
Certified copy of the priority application (when claiming priority according to Paris Convention).
